Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Follow up with interested leads and drive conversions.
  • Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Share customer feedback and common objections with the sales/marketing team.
  • RequirementsExcellent Hindi & English communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and pleasant phone manner.
  • Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure.
  • 0–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
