Job Description
Generate new business through customer calls, follow-ups, and branch visits.
Invite potential customers to the branch and explain available financial and insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Visit customers' homes or offices whenever required for payment collection and follow-ups.
Ensure timely collection of pending payments and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the branch team to improve sales performance.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and follow-up records.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer quer
