Business Development Manager (BDM)

ABOUT US:

MIRI - GLOBAL FUSION DINING is a premium food chain bringing global fusion cuisine to Goa.

We are expanding our B2B and catering vertical.

JOB SUMMARY:

The BDM will be responsible for driving corporate sales, bulk orders, and catering revenue

for MIRI across Goa. The role focuses on new client acquisition, market study, and

maintaining relationships with corporates, hotels, and event organizers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for catering and bulk food orders

- Conduct market study and competitor analysis in Goa F&B market

- Build and manage pipeline of corporates, hotels, IT parks, and event companies

- Meet monthly revenue targets of ₹20L+

- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts

- Maintain CRM and report weekly sales activity

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 Years of experience in B2B Sales

- Background in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Catering preferred

- Proven experience in Corporate Catering and Institutional Sales

- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Client Acquisition

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Goa
