Job Description
Guide members on correct exercise techniques and safe equipment use.
Prepare workout plans based on members’ goals and fitness levels.
Supervise the gym floor and correct improper form.
Motivate members and monitor their progress.
Support new members with gym orientation and basic fitness assessments.
Remain active and attentive on the floor; assist members proactively.
Keep weights and equipment organised after use.
Enforce gym rules, safety, and floor discipline.
Report equipment faults, injuries, and member concerns promptly.
Coordinate with counter staff to support member satisfaction and renewals.
