Job Description- We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and reservations.
- Maintain guest records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage daily responsibilities
- Language: kannada must
