Monthly Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 In-hand Fixed + Performance-based Sales Incentives (₹1,500 – ₹2,000+)

​Job Overview​We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-friendly Field Sales Executive & Mobile Cart Operator to manage daily field operations of our branded ICY POPPS electric cart in pincode 410218. You will ride a company-provided light electric vehicle to high-footfall spots (schools, busy markets, parks, and residential areas), sell pre-packaged gourmet ice pops, and handle daily cash and digital collections.

• ​Daily Working Hours & Schedule​Total Shift Time: ~9 to 10 hours
• ​Morning to Evening Route: 12:30 PM – 10:30:00 PM (Loading stock at Kharghar 410210, operating near school/transit hubs in afternoon in Roadpali-Kalamboli)
• ​Midday Break: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• ​Evening Route & Wind-up: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Operating in Roadpali-Kalamboli near family gardens/markets, return to base at Kharghar, plugging in chargers)
• ​Weekly Off: 1 day per week (Mid-week: Tuesday or Wednesday)

• ​Roles & Responsibilities​Vehicle & Inventory Handling:
• ​Ride the company-provided electric cart safely along designated routes within pincode 410218 (cart speed is limited, up to 70 km driving range per charge).
• ​Count and transfer frozen ice pop stock from the base deep freezer into the cart's onboard freezer unit each morning.
• ​Set up the branded umbrella during the day and turn on the cart's LED lighting during evening hours.

• ​Customer Service & Sales:
• ​Proactively greet customers, explain available flavours (e.g., Mango, Kala Khatta, Orange, Guava), and state fixed retail pricing (₹15 for Small, ₹25 for Large).
• ​Wear the clean company-provided Icy Popps uniform during operational shifts.

• ​Billing & Collections:
• ​Collect physical cash from customers, maintain exact change, and keep money secured in the provided cash pouch.
• ​Direct digital payments to the official UPI Soundbox QR code and ensure the voice payment confirmation sounds before handing over stock.

• ​Hygiene & Waste Management:
• ​Keep the cart clean and maintain the mounted dustbin so customers dispose of plastic wrappers properly.
• ​Conduct a 30-second sweep of the surrounding spot before moving to keep the operational area completely litter-free.

• ​End-of-Day Settlement:
• ​Return the cart to base, record closing unsold stock in the physical logbook, and tally total collections (Cash + UPI) with the franchise owner.
• ​Connect the electric cart charger and freezer battery charger into the dedicated wall sockets for overnight charging.
• ​Qualifications & Requirements​ Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (must be able to read English flavour names on packets and do basic addition/subtraction).
• ​Driving Licence: Mandatory valid Driving Licence (Two-Wheeler, Three-Wheeler, or LMV).
• ​Location: Must reside within 5–10 km of pincode 410218 for daily commute reliability.
• ​Skills & Personality:
• Punctual, honest, and disciplined with cash handling.
• ​Polite, approachable, and respectful customer manners.
• ​Comfortable with basic smartphone apps and UPI audio soundboxes.
