Digital Marketing Associate

Description:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen Stocktick Capital’s digital presence and support its growth initiatives.

The role involves managing digital content, social media, brand-building initiatives and digital campaigns for Stocktick Capital as well as professional leadership/promoter branding associated with the organization.

You will work directly with experienced professionals and gain practical industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
• Create and edit social-media posts, reels, short-form videos, presentations and other digital content.
• Support Stocktick Capital’s corporate branding as well as professional CEO/Promoter branding initiatives connected with the organization’s marketing strategy.
• Manage the social-media content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing.
• Research content ideas, financial-industry trends and relevant audience topics.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to convert ideas and business insights into engaging digital content.
• Track social-media and campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach, audience quality and conversions.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication, tone and visual identity.
• Support other marketing and business-growth initiatives as required.

Eligibility / Who Should Apply:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong freshers with practical digital-marketing skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Good understanding of social-media platforms and digital content.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Canva and video-editing software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content and understand what works for different audiences.
• Basic understanding of digital-marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong ownership, discipline, creativity and execution ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for deliverables.
• Interest in finance, investments or wealth management would be an advantage.
