Job Description
- Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead details in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve business performance.
