Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
  • Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
  • Guide team members in client handling, property presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up with prospective buyers.
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and sales conversions.
  • Coordinate property site visits and follow up with interested customers.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
  • Train new team members on sales techniques, property details, and company processes.
  • Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service.
  • Work towards achieving overall company revenue and business growth targets.
