Job Description
Job Title: Spare Parts Procurement Executive (four wheeler)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate with OE/OEM vendors for required spare parts and products.
- Verify technical specifications and fitment of spares before placing orders.
- Prepare and place accurate purchase orders based on technical and operational requirements.
- Manage local and international freight, including coordination for import clearances and documentation.
- Verify incoming spare parts for quantity, specifications, quality and technical fitment before usage.
- Coordinate with relevant teams/vendors for any discrepancies in received materials.
- Manage outbound GST billing and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, freight documents and spare parts transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely availability of spares.
