Job Description

  1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
  2. Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for team members.
  3. Monitor individual sales performance and ensure target achievement.
  4. Handle property inquiries, client meetings and site visits.
  5. Train team members on project knowledge, sales techniques and closing strategies.
  6. Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  7. Generate business through team performance and individual sales efforts.
  8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  9. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
  10. Handle client negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
  11. Conduct daily team meetings to review performance and plan activities.
  12. Ensure maximum lead conversion and maintain customer satisfaction.
