Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients using pre-approved scripts to introduce services or products.

Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming calls from customers needing assistance or product details.

Manage Data: Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes accurately in the company's system.

Follow Up: Contact interested prospects or resolve pending issues through scheduled follow-up calls.
