  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain our car sales, servicing, insurance, garage and fleet-related services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with customers.
  • Schedule customer visits and service appointments.
  • Maintain customer information and daily call records.
  • Follow up on enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Service team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
