Job Description
- Managing Affairs of the Site Office.
- Vehicle Trip Management.
- Vehicles Maintenance.
- Safety Protocol - Responsible for Safety norms as per the checklist; maintain documentation.
- Training of Drivers.
- Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers.
- Imprest handling & Expenses Reporting.
- Preparation of Reporting MIS as required.
- PR with Plant Officials.
- Maintaining effective Communication with the Plant officials, Head Office, required departments, driver staff, etc. through Mail, WhatsApp, calls & Direct Interaction.
- Vehicle Trip Tracking through VTS.
Job Requirements
- Graduate with good Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Mail & Drafting)
- 5-7 years of experience in Transport Background (Field Knowledge).
- Able to Drive 2 Wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (Valid Driving Licence).
