Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant & Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting along with administrative and back-office support, ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial records.
- Record and maintain financial transactions, ledgers, invoices, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain databases.
- Support HR, admin, and operations teams with documentation and coordination.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and scheduling tasks.
OUR REQUIREMENT :
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Candidates with up to 2 years’ experience are welcome.
