Salary - 9k to 13k

Evening- 1.30pm to 10.30pm

We are seeking a proactive graduate fresher who has Non-Technical Background in Customer Support. He/She Should have strong communication skills (English and Hindi), handling, request processing ,vendor or team coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive:

·        To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation

·        To process orders in a mannered way

·        To coordinate with the vendors and Concerned team

·        Responsible for complete customer support

·        To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order

·        To manage complaints of individual customers

·        To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews

·        To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints

·        Maintain relationship with key operations vendors

·        To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required
