Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operator to manage daily data entry, maintain accurate records, update databases, and support the team with regular documentation and reporting activities.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain company data in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal software.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, employees, sales, and business transactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and organize digital files and records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and other departments to collect and update required information.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
