Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
- Maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
