Sales Executive

Safarzing Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with travel agents and tour operators across India and sell our travel lead packages and subscription plans. We generate travel enquiries through digital marketing, verify the leads through calls, and provide them to our registered travel agent partners.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Contact travel agents and tour operators through calls and WhatsApp.

• Explain our travel lead packages, plans and services clearly.

• Understand the requirements of travel agents and recommend suitable lead packages.

• Convert interested travel agents into paid customers.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a proper sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with travel agents.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding package activation and customer onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, or willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

• Must have a smartphone, laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Experience in travel sales, B2B sales, lead generation or telecalling will be an added advantage.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:

𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝟲𝟬-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱:

The first 60 days will be an observation and performance evaluation period. During this period, candidates will earn performance-based incentives on successful sales.

After successful completion of the observation period, eligible candidates may be offered a fixed monthly salary along with performance-based incentives, depending on individual performance, sales results and company assessment.
