Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Identify new markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Handle major/key accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.
  • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales profitability.
  • Develop and implement incentive and performance-management plans for the sales team.
