What You Will Do

• Talk to school owners, principals and administrators through calls, WhatsApp and school visits
• Understand each school’s needs and show them how 1School solves their problems
• Give product demos (online or in person)
• Follow up on leads and take them from demo to closing and payment
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Update lead and follow-up details in the CRM or Excel

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development or EdTech
• 12th pass or any Graduate
• Good communication in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for school visits (for field roles)

Salary and Benefits

• ₹ 30,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 per month (Fixed)

Job Details

• Location: Ram lakhan Path, Kankarbagh Patna
• Working hours: 10:00 A.M. ti 06:30 P.M.
• Weekly off: Sunday
• Interview: Walk-in

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaigns
• Share client feedback with the product and support teams
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 4-8 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in team handling
• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/service sales preferred
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills

• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Fluency in both Hindi and English
