Sales and billing on CRM
11am - 8 pm
Battery and charging basics: Ability to explain battery life, charging time, and safety to customers.
Market awareness: Familiarity with competitors, pricing, and government EV subsidies.
Customer engagement: Building rapport, listening actively, and addressing customer needs.
Persuasive communication: Explaining benefits clearly and closing deals effectively.
Presentation skills: Conducting product demos and test ride briefings.
Negotiation skills: Handling price discussions and offering value-based selling.
Lead conversion: Turning walk-ins and inquiries into confirmed purchases.
CRM handling: Using software or logs to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
Target achievement: Working towards monthly/quarterly sales goals.
After-sales support: Guiding customers on servicing schedules and warranty claims.
Complaint handling: Managing issues politely and coordinating with technicians.Relationship building: Ensuring repeat customers and referrals.
