About Chemist Box Private Limited:
Chemist Box Private Limited is a growing multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar, currently operating around 20–24 physical stores with a strong expansion plan. The company also operates its online store, serving customers through online orders and delivery services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls for the online store.
- Take, confirm, and follow up on customer orders.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, availability, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with store, warehouse & delivery teams.
- Maintain daily call/order reports.
- Provide good customer service and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; tele calling/customer support experience preferred.
