Job Description

Manage E-way bills and E-invoices wherever applicable.

C. Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain stock records in Tally.

Reconcile physical stock with system stock.

Monitor stock shortages and discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams.

D. Dealer Outstanding & Collection

Maintain dealer-wise outstanding reports.

Prepare daily overdue payment reports.

Track customer credit limits and payment cycles.

Coordinate with salespeople for collection follow-ups.

Highlight overdue accounts to management.

E. MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily sales and collection reports.

Prepare monthly expense reports.

Generate dealer-wise sales and outstanding reports.

Provide accurate financial data to management for decision-making.
