Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely payments.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
2. Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries.
3. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
4. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash records.
5. Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST returns and TDS compliance.
6. Maintain ledgers and prepare monthly financial reports.
7. Track dealer payments, outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
8. Maintain records of stock purchases and sales in coordination with the inventory team.
9. Assist in salary processing and employee expense management.
10. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants whenever required.
11. Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

• Required QualificationsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic taxation.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
