• Candidates with experience in counselling, sales, or customer service will have an added advantage.
• Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
• Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and admissions.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and the admission process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students.
• Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and confidence while interacting with students.
• Ability to convince and guide students effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Working Days & Timings Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
