Computer Operator Cum Store Helper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Computer Operator cum Store Helper to handle basic computer operations, data entry, inventory records, and day-to-day store activities. The candidate should be comfortable using a computer and willing to assist with physical store work whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain inventory, stock, purchase, and issue records in computer systems.

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, stock reports, and other store-related documents.

Update daily stock entries and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Assist in receiving, checking, counting, and storing materials.

Arrange and organize items properly in the store for easy identification and retrieval.

Issue materials to staff/departments as per authorized requirements.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock or damaged items.

Maintain proper filing of bills, documents, and inventory records.

Use MS Word, MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.

Assist with loading, unloading, shifting, and arranging materials when required.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.

Perform other computer and store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10th/12th pass; computer-related qualification is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data entry.

Good typing and record-keeping skills.

Basic understanding of stock and inventory management.

Ability to handle physical store work.

Honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in a store, warehouse, office, or computer operator role will be preferred.
