Job Summary: हमें एक Content Creator चाहिए जो government job notifications, सरकारी नौकरी के form fill करने की process, और educational content पर regular, high-quality content बना सके — YouTube, Instagram, और other social platforms के लिए.

• Key Responsibilities सरकारी नौकरी Notifications: Upcoming government jobs (Railway, SSC, Banking, Police, Teacher recruitment, Bihar/UP/other state govt jobs etc.) पर time से content बनाना — vacancy, eligibility, important dates.
• Form Filling Guide: Step-by-step video/post बनाना कि कैसे कोई भी government job का online form fill करते हैं (documents, photo/signature size, common mistakes से बचना).
• Educational Content: Board exams, competitive exam prep, study tips, exam strategy जैसे topics पर content.
• Research: रोज़ नए notifications track करना reliable sources (official websites, employment news) से — गलत/outdated info कभी ना दें.
• Scripting & Voiceover: Script लिखना, voiceover देना या presenter के सामने बोलना (जैसा role हो).
• Editing Coordination: Editor के साथ मिलकर video को final touch देना (अगर candidate खुद editing नहीं करता).
• Consistency: Daily/weekly posting schedule maintenance.
• SEO/Titles: Content के titles, description, tags trending keywords के हिसाब से optimize करना.
• Required Skills: Hindi/Hinglish में clear और confident communication (on-camera या voiceover दोनों चलेगा)
• Government exams और नौकरी notifications की basic समझ
• Content research करने की habit — authentic sources से
• Video script writing
• Social media trends की समझ (YouTube Shorts, Reels)
• Preferred (Good to Have): पहले से किसी education/सरकारी नौकरी channel पर content बनाने का experience
• Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• अपना smartphone/camera setup हो
• Qualification: Graduate (कोई भी stream) — competitive exams की understanding होनी चाहिए
