🚨 *URGENT HIRING – FIELD COLLECTION OFFICER* 🚨
🏢 *Department:* Micro Banking – Collections
📍 *Location:* Patna, Muzaffpur, bhagalpur,gopalganj ,gaya
📌 *Product:* JLG / Micro Finance Loan
👥 *Freshers & Experienced – Both Welcome*
🎓 *Qualification:* 12th Pass / Graduate
🎂 *Age:* 18–32 Years
⭐ *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• Customer home/field visits
• Daily/weekly loan repayment collection
• Overdue & NPA account follow-up
• Customer handling & payment negotiation
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Maintain daily collection reports
💰 *Salary:* ₹12,000–₹16,000 CTC
🎯 *Monthly Incentive:* ₹15,000–₹20,000
⛽ *Petrol/Travel Allowance:* Company Provided
🏠 *Branch Location:* Home location se approx. **100 KM ke andar branch** provide ki jayegi.
🏨 _**Accommodation:**;Eligible outstation candidates ke liye Company-provided accommodation available**.
