LOAN/INSURANCE

The Loan and Insurance Executive manages client portfolios by evaluating, processing, and closing loan applications (such as home, personal, or business loans) while simultaneously identifying and cross-selling relevant insurance products (such as life, health, property, or credit-linked insurance). • Interview applicants to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan options (personal, home, or business loans).

* Collect, verify, and analyze financial documentation, including income proofs, tax returns, bank statements, and credit bureau reports (CIBIL/AUS).

* Prepare and submit credit appraisal files to underwriting or back-end processing teams.• Conduct comprehensive customer profiling during consultations to spot protection or investment gaps.

* Pitch and cross-sell bundled insurance products (such as credit life, term insurance, or asset/property insurance tied to loans).

* Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and timely renewals.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with borrowers throughout the disbursement and repayment lifecycle.

* Ensure all lending and insurance activities strictly comply with RBI, IRDAI, and internal corporate policies.

* Handle customer queries, resolve documentation discrepancies, and maintain high satisfaction and retention scores.
