Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Find new sales leads through calls, referrals, social media and networking.
- Generate Lead through market survey and marketing activities
- Show properties and run site visits for buyers.
- Talk with clients to understand their property needs and budget.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Help prepare booking forms, agreements, and closing documents.
- Keep client data updated in the company CRM system.
- Meet or beat monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or college degree in business or marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate.
- Strong talking, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of local property markets and trends.
- Goal-driven work style and time management skills
- Must have 2 wheeler with driving licence
