Job Description
1. Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, online portals, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
2. Customer Handling: Contact potential buyers, understand their requirements, budget, and preferred location, and recommend suitable properties.
3. Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property visits for prospective customers and explain the property’s features, amenities, and benefits.
4. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
5.Client Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers and follow up regularly.
6.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, discuss payment plans, handle customer objections, and close sales deals.
