Job Description
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Handle leads received through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Phone Calls and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, plot size and investment purpose.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, location, facilities and investment benefits.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and bookings in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team for smooth sales operations.
- Stay updated about the company's projects and local real estate market.
