About the Role

D.Call Water Softener is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell our water softener and water treatment solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their water-related requirements, explaining suitable solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and converting leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities : Generate new leads through field visits, direct customer interactions, referrals, and local marketing activities.
• Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to identify water softener requirements.
• Explain D.Call Water Softener products, features, benefits, pricing, and applications to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits whenever required.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through calls and field visits.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for site surveys, installation, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information and share it with the management.
• Participate in local promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
