Job Description
Laptop Ownership required
Daily planning and allocation of service calls to engineers.
Track engineer attendance, site visits and live job status.
Coordinate with customers, engineers
Monitor complaints from registration to closure.
Follow up on pending WCC, SA, Pulse and FSR.
Coordinate material/tools required for site work.
Maintain daily service MIS and pending reports.
Ensure timely complaint closure and proper documentation.
