Job Description

Roles & Responsibilty :-

  1. Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the assigned state.
  3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  4. Identify and develop new markets, customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  6. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, collections, and take corrective actions when required.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales growth.
  8. Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
  9. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
