Relationship Manager - Retail
Business Development & Sales
- Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned targets for retail loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.
- Generate business from existing and potential customers.
- Conduct field visits, market surveys, and lead generation activities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and query resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat and referral business.
3. Loan Processing & Coordination
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company policies.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
- Ensure smooth loan disbursement within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Track applications and update customers on status.
4. Portfolio Management
- Monitor portfolio quality and customer repayment behavior.
- Support collection efforts for overdue accounts whenever required.
- Ensure portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.
5. Compliance & Risk Control
- Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Ensure KYC, AML, and documentation compliance.
- Maintain accuracy in customer records and reporting.
6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Share market feedback with management.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion in assigned territory.
