Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s financial operations are accurate, efficient, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Maintain and update general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle tax filings and assist in audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
