Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of practical accounting experience.
The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, bank reconciliation and day-to-day accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Purchase, sales and expense entries
- Bank entries and bank reconciliation
- Cash and petty cash management
- Client receivable tracking
- Vendor payable tracking
- Ledger reconciliation
- Billing and invoice preparation
- GST data preparation and reconciliation
- TDS working and supporting data preparation
- Basic salary/payroll working
- Maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare data and documents required by CA/consultants
- Basic Excel reports and outstanding tracking
- Project-wise expense/payment tracking when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation
- Candidate should preferably reside in Ravet or nearby PCMC areas
- Responsible, accurate and organised working style
Job Details
- Location: Ravet, Pune
- Job Type: Full Time
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Final salary within the offered range will be decided based on relevant experience, practical accounting knowledge, Tally/Excel proficiency and interview performance.
Performance-based appraisal and salary growth applicable.
