Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate domestic GST invoices and multi-currency export invoices (USD, EUR, etc.) matching contract milestones and shipping documentation.
- Receivables & Collections: Monitor client payment schedules, issue milestone payment reminders, follow up on collections, and track overseas export remittances.
- Payables & Vendor Payments: Process local machinery and raw material supplier bills, perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice), and execute timely vendor payments.
- Cash Flow Management: Prepare rolling weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to manage working capital and capital expenditure requirements effectively.
- Statutory Compliance & GST: File monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), generate E-way bills, reconcile ITC (2B/3B), and assist with export documentation (LUT/e-BRC).
- Payroll & Petty Cash: Process monthly employee salary payouts, manage petty cash disbursements, and maintain strict daily log reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate general ledger entries in ERP/Tally, perform month-end bank reconciliations, and compile financial reports for management.
