Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant (EA)
The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative and coordination support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely follow-up on important tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the management’s daily schedule, meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, presentations, and important documents.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, enquiries, and other business activities.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
- Track important tasks and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups.
- Support management in day-to-day business and administrative activities.
Preferred Skills: Good communication, Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, coordination skills, professional attitude, and strong follow-up ability.
