Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding


Company: Treebond Shipping & Maritime

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

Treebond Shipping & Maritime is a freight forwarding and logistics company handling export/import shipments, shipping documentation, customs coordination, and end-to-end logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle export/import shipping documentation.
  • Prepare SI, BL, VGM, Invoice, Packing List and related documents.
  • Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters and agents.
  • Follow up for BL drafts, approvals and shipment updates.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping Documentation.
  • Knowledge of FCL export documentation and shipping processes.
  • Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.
