Finance Executive

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit-and-loss accounts, and cash flow reports. Conduct variance and trend analyses to explain budget discrepancies.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process, track departmental expenditures, and update rolling financial forecasts.

Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, handle expense reimbursements, and execute bank and general ledger reconciliations.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash positioning and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its short-term operational obligations and working capital requirements.

Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, financial standards, and internal corporate policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic reviews.

Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and help implement automated tools, ERP systems, or internal controls.
