About the RoleWe are looking for a result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can handle incoming leads, speak confidently with customers, understand their requirements, explain our products, follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed sales.

This is not just a calling job — we are looking for someone who is comfortable with sales targets and closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and connect with leads received through Meta Ads, IndiaMART and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right smart door lock.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and benefits effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations over phone/video call whenever required.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
• Maintain proper lead status, notes and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently to close the deal.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the installation, support and operations teams for successful order completion.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Conversion preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and basic English communication.
• Should be confident in handling customer objections.
• Must have a sales mindset and closing ability.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales leads.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
