Job Description

Junior Design Engineer – Job Profile


- Product & Mould Design: Assist in designing and developing rubber products, moulds and components.


- CAD Design: Create and modify 2D drawings & 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.


- Mould & Fixture Follow-up: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely development.


- Design Improvements: Make design changes based on production and customer requirements.


- Technical Understanding: Read engineering drawings and understand dimensions, tolerances and specifications.


- Team Coordination: Work closely with Production and Quality teams for smooth execution.


- Documentation: Maintain drawings, design records and technical documents.


- Freshers Welcome: Candidates with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
