📢 Job Opportunity – Production Engineer (No. of Opening -01 Position)

📍 Location: Chikhali, Pune – 412114

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

💼 Experience:

• Freshers preferred

• Candidates with relevant trainee/internship exposure may also be considered

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand per month (Salary Hike Depends on Interview Performance & candidates Knowledge)

• Salary will depend on the candidate's technical knowledge and interview performance.

• PF / ESIC: Applicable after completion of 6 months' probation period.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production activities

• Support production planning and shop-floor operations

• Monitor production processes and workflow

• Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments

• Maintain production-related records and documentation

• Assist in monitoring productivity, output and process efficiency

• Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives

• Follow standard operating procedures, safety and quality guidelines

• Assist in identifying and resolving basic production/process-related issues

• Learn and support various manufacturing and material-handling activities.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

• Graduation/Diploma completion year must be 2024 or 2025

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Good learning attitude and willingness to develop technical skills

• Willingness to work on the shop floor

• Ability to coordinate with different departments

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
