Job PurposeWe are looking for a skilled, hardworking, confident, and responsible Mobile Repair Technician who can diagnose and repair different types of mobile phone problems. The technician will be responsible for handling daily mobile repair jobs, identifying hardware and software faults, completing repairs within the required timeline, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of repairing smartphones of different brands and models.

Key Responsibilities1. Mobile Hardware RepairThe technician should be capable of diagnosing and repairing common and advanced mobile hardware problems, including:

• Display and touchscreen replacement
• Battery replacement
• Charging connector/charging problem repair
• Speaker and microphone problems
• Ringer/buzzer problems
• Camera problems
• Power button and volume button repair
• Network and signal-related hardware issues
• SIM-related problems
• Water-damaged mobile diagnosis and repair
• Motherboard-level fault diagnosis
• IC-related problems
• Short circuit detection
• Dead mobile diagnosis
• Heating problems
• Power problems
• Mobile not switching ON
• Other general hardware faults

2. Mobile Software RepairThe technician should have knowledge of identifying and solving software-related problems, including:

• Mobile software troubleshooting
