Job Description

पद: ऑफिस बॉय / ऑफिस असिस्टंट

कोणाला रिपोर्ट करावे लागेल: एचआर (HR) मॅनेजर

मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या: ऑफिस सहाय्य: कर्मचारी आणि पाहुण्यांसाठी चहा, कॉफी आणि पाण्याची व्यवस्था करणे; कागदपत्रे: फाइल्सची ने-आण, फोटोकॉपी, स्कॅनिंग, कुरियर आणि टपाल पोहोचवणे; देखभाल: ऑफिस आणि मीटिंग रूम्सची दररोज साफसफाई; खरेदी: आवश्यकतेनुसार स्टेशनरी, अल्पोपहार आणि इतर ऑफिसच्या वस्तू आणणे; पाहुणे: अभ्यागतांचे स्वागत करणे, पाणी देणे आणि त्यांना संबंधित व्यक्तीकडे नेऊन सोडणे; बँक/बाहेरील कामे: बँक चलन भरणे, बिले भरणे आणि इतर बाहेरील कामे; मालमत्ता सहाय्य: कार्यक्रमांदरम्यान फर्निचर, खुर्च्या आणि फाइल्स हलवण्यास मदत करणे; इतर: व्यवस्थापनाने सोपवलेली इतर कोणतीही कामे. आवश्यक पात्रता: शिक्षण: १० वी ते १२ वी उत्तीर्ण; अनुभव: ०-२ वर्षे (अनुभव नसलेले उमेदवारही अर्ज करू शकतात); कौशल्ये: नम्र वागणूक, वेळेचे पालन, हिंदी/मराठी वाचता येणे; वय: १८ ते ३५ वर्षे; कामाची वेळ: पूर्ण वेळ - सकाळी ९:०० ते सायंकाळी ६:३०, आठवड्यातून ६ दिवस काम (गुरुवारची सुट्टी).
