Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
* Follow up for calibration renewals and repeat orders.
* Track calibration due dates and proactively contact customers.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the service team.
* Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.
* Maintain customer database and daily follow-up reports.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and generate repeat business.
Requirements
* Graduate with 2-3+ years of experience in sales coordination/inside sales.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
* Experience in calibration/testing or technical services is preferred.
