Job Description

Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets. Assign territories and monitor daily sales activities. Conduct field visits to coach and support team members. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports.
